There is 24 min delay with the one I have. They don’t tick at the same rhythm even I tryed to install battery at the same time. It’s ticking all the time, even after it’s open, but not too loud. In the morning I clean it and place it in another room. I only use it before go to sleep to open at 04am. My boy cat doesn’t wake me up at 04am anymore. Icepacks I found online in NL at: voormijndier punt nl Name is: Trixie Reserve-coolpack voor voederautomaat TX1 en TX2 Received in 5 days. This is fastest shipment ever. Highly recommended.
